Matalan Wish List

There's a plethora of lovely things popping up over on the Matalan website at the moment! You'll remember a "wanted" post I did a couple of weeks ago featuring a lovely yellow Matalan blouse, well, my Matalan wish list is growing longer by the day!

This breton stripe tee is definitely on my list of wants...it's mens, but so much the better-now I can wear it loose and slouchy with the sleeves rolled up :)

This minty-licious sheer blouse is perfecto for me to attack the pastel trend with. I'm not very into pinky pastels so an icy green shade will look fab with the greys and taupes I prefer to wear. I love the shape and at the moment I am having a real love affair with collars, I like to wear them popped over a jersey with a necklace threaded underneath. This blouse is crying out for a chunky gold chain!

I love the shape of this simple top; it's a classic style which would look really effortless for any occasion. I'd wear it with my skinnies and a pair of studded slipper flats. The neon exposed zip gives it the edge, it nods to the trend but will still be so wearable once neon's had it's day. In a way that a lime green bandage dress maybe won't be!

This pretty snakeskin envelope clutch is one of those bags that is worth it's weight in gold. An elegant shape, timeless colour and snakeskin texture make it a piece to cherish. Use it to add a quirky touch to the classic LBD or tuck under your arm to add edge to skinny jeans and a blazer.

My final pick from the site would be these glorious block heeled ballet pumps. I posted a "wanted" for a pair of these a week or so ago and I still can't get them out of my head! I think it's the cuteness and preppy leaning of the styling that's hooked me. These won't bust the budget so they could definitely be on the cards for a little treat....
