Vivienne Westwood Chelsea Bag via Spartoo

I always forget that Spartoo don't just sell shoes. They have a really decent accessory range, which carries a few of my favourite brands, including Paul & Joe Sister, Hoss Intropia, and our girl Vivienne Westwood. Now, I can't say that I am a huge fan of the clothing line of Dame Viv-it's all amazing stuff but just not my cup of tea, but I can definitely get excited about the accessories. I love the Orb logo, and I really like how this bag has a great mix of subtle and overt branding. The stamp on the front is undeniably Westwood, and the punchy lining is another example of her excesses, but aside from this, the Chelsea bag is a really simple, and gorgeously stylish, handbag that will last for years to come. A modern classic, I could see women of all ages carrying this and I just adore it.

I like the little dog clip tassel attatchment too, which adds a little girliness to the rocky black leather. You could carry it by the ladylike top strap, or sling it across your body with the longer one. It looks as if it will fit everything, including the kitchen sink, inside, which, for me at least, is always a deal breaker when it comes to a new handbag-I seem to carry my life around with me at all times!

The androgynous look of this bag is one that could be played on or turned down, either way, this is a definite investment piece that will always be in style.
