Bee necklace c/o Your Fashion Jewellery, Topshop coat and jeans, Pied a Terre riding boots, Vintage blouse, Gap sweater, Mulberry bag
The weather has turned once again and it's freezing outside, enough to call on my long boots which came from Pied a Terre. I do actually wear these quite a lot, because when it's really cold they're the only shoes that will do! Additionally they fit my legs really well which can be a difficulty when finding full leg boots. I love the studding detail too. This exact style aren't available any longer but they have some similar ones here.
I had wanted to wear these boots with skinny jeans and an oversized sweat as I have already mentioned in a previous post about long boots, but I had to add a coat over the top and this kind of diminished the slouchiness of the sweater! But it's a cocoon coat, so it doesn't spoil the effect too much, in my opinion.
To add a much needed dose of springtime to this look, I've been rocking this super cute bumble bee necklace which I was sent by Your Fashion Jewellery. This website is a recent find and carries lots of different pieces of lovely costume jewellery ranging from shamballa style bracelets to earrings and women's necklaces. I especially love the pendant necklaces they offer such as this adorable little bee one, which I know I'll wear ever so much over the coming season!
What have you been wearing to beat the cold?

You have impeccable taste!! I am lusting after your coat, it is so perfect. I have a jacket similar, but not as subtle in colour, no zip, and three quarter sleeves... so I definitely could justify having both right? haha if only my bank balance agreed with buying of a new coat :) your necklace is so sweet, very delicate and pretty! xx
How cute is that necklace?!
