Glossybox x Pearl Lowe

Once again the Glossybox review is coming up outside of the month the box is for; however it is only a day behind so I don't feel so bad! This month's box was a collaboration between Glossybox and Pearl Lowe, and I have to say I love the design of the box, it's so pretty and will be really useful for storage after I've used the contents!

The items in this box were a mixed bag; I'd seen a few reviews already so had a couple of ideas what I might find inside the box, and overall I was pleased with my pick. I know some people got an Illamasqua product which I was hoping I might have had but it seems to have mostly been a pencil in a strange shade like bright yellow which I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have used so I am pleased I actually got items I will!

The Nip + Fab Mango Smoothie Skin Fix Body Butter was a product I knew I would love straight away, as I already use the Pistachio Sorbet version of this and I adore it. The product is light and absorbs easily, as well as smelling divine!

The product I was least enamoured with was the Sun Fix Invisible Tint SPF 50. I think this will work like a BB Cream (I hope so) and I'm pleased I've got one that is of a high SPF as I know I'll use this on holiday or during the summertime. I don't know why I am not more excited about this item, maybe it's the packaging?! I do love BB Creams, I'm having a real moment for them right now so I am hoping that when I actually crack it open to try, I will love it!

I was chuffed to receive a full sized Essie polish in my box, in the shade "Cute as a Button" which really is adorable and I know I'll wear, not at the moment though as I'm still rocking my gel nails!

The Sleek Makeup Blush was another lovely product to get, I think the shocking pink shade will be really wearable and buildable (at least I hope it will be!) I was in the market for a new blush anyway so this couldn't have come at a better time!

Finally, I received a super cute sample of So Elixir Purple by Yves Rocher. This is a really decadent smelling fragrance that disperses into a lighter scent with wear. My mum also got this product in her Glossybox and she's really liked using it so it's definitely got a good review from her!
