Feelin' Fall

The knitwear is out, so it must be autumn. Although I've had varying degrees of success with getting my temperature right of late-it's so overcast and cloudy in the morning and then suddenly it's brightened up again come mid afternoon. I debuted bare legs for the first time in about a month a couple of days ago; with a chunky knit and ankle boots they didn't feel so high summer but rather more seasonally appropriate so I am going to try and squeak that look in a little more before the tights come out and winter is officially here!

This is a typical lazy day look for me, it's a bit of a cop out to wear a transitional jeans 'n' jumper combo but I like the colours, prints and textures so I don't mind it too much. I'm also thinking of lightening my hair a little for Autumn as opposed to the darker shade I normally opt for; either way I'm going to get it done in a salon over the usual home box dye efforts, my hair has got so long now that it takes at least 2, if not 3 boxes to get a decent coverage and I always, always end up missing a bit! Luckily the salon I go to offers cheaper rates for trainee stylists and I'm not that precious about who does my hair, as long as they don't cut it off, so hopefully I'll be able to get a good deal!
