It's my first Instagram post of 2014! I was thinking about doing the 'photo a day' challenge for 2014, and I think I'm going to try to do it on Instagram instead. I can't believe its already the 6th of January, the Christmas decorations have come down and it's all over for another year.
January is probably my most hated month of the year, there's not much to look forward to, the weather is vile, and all I really want to do is drink tea at home and wear my slippers. Which is what I've been doing on my days off!
Still, it's not all bad; I've decided I'm going to use my sewing machine more this year, and my first 'make' of 2014 is this fuzzy squashy clutch bag. I took some pictures during the making process so I will put a blog post up around how I did it if anyone would like to know!
I haven't really made any resolutions so far, apart from to try and do a bit more sewing and I've got a few ideas in mind of things I'd like to make. Have you made any resolutions this year?
