Another week, and again my Instagram post is dominated by shoes! It's been a good week for the shoedrobe, I got my hands on these Betty London brown suede ankle boots which I am super excited to wear with bare legs (if the sun ever comes out) and also a pair of Melissa bow flats in navy which are just adorable. I also found a pair of French Sole ballet shoes at the back of my wardrobe-I barely wore these last years so I've got them out to remind myself to do so this year!
I actually found the French Sole lovelies when I was digging through a bag of accessories looking for a suitable handbag to use at the BAFTA's which I attended last Sunday. I forgot to share a snap of Tom Hanks and his wife, so I've included it here; it was so weird being so close by to the most famous people on the planet but I suppose they are just the same as anyone else really; they just have bigger bank accounts! Anyway the handbag I ended up using was the hexagonal chain strap box bag I styled the dress I made with. Speaking of which, I've had a lot of great feedback on that, so thanks very much!
