Wearing: Vintage cardigan Whistles jeans Gap shirt Penelope Chilvers slippers
I love this sort of 'off duty' look which is so easy to wear day to day. I look on this as a sort of 'Alexa Chung at the Airport' style, laid back but still quite quirky which is my favourite sort of look.
I picked up these slippers for £50 at an amazing Fashion Bloodhound event I went to in Bath which I blogged about here. I have always wanted some Penelope Chilvers shoes but they are so expensive, so I was so pleased to snap these up for a bargain price!
A denim shirt is such a staple and I have worn this Gap one so much. It's easy to pair with skinny black jeans which is totally double denim but so wearable too in a non Texas-tuxedo way! I really need to replace these Whistles jeans which I've almost worn out, I think I'm going to cut them up and fray the hems to switch them up a bit.
The cardigan is absolutely ancient, it was a Devon charity shop find and I wear it all the time. It's so easy to throw over everything, especially for summer evenings when the weather can feel a little cooler.
