Christmas with Marks & Spencer Event

Last night I attended a wonderful Christmas showcase at Marks and Spencers regional flag store at Cribbs Causeway. Greeted with fizz and an impressive deli buffet of incredible cheeses, we were shown a selection of picks from different themed collections of fashion, beauty and gifting.

The fashion selections were diverse and pulled together. There was a large formal and eveningwear collection of which highlights were a beautifully beaded cropped cashmere cardigan, and a stunning black tasseled dress, together with mouthwatering brocade and jacquard pieces as well as the traditional festive sequins.  A 'winter wonderland' themed collection focused on off whites and pastel blues and lavenders shot through with subtle hints of silver and there was also a 'Christmas Day' edit with a selection of novelty jumpers and more luxurious cashmere loungewear.

Beauty was represented by a gorgeous showcase of nail polishes packaged as baubles to hang from the Christmas tree, and there were also several items from the Marks and Spencers beauty range nestled in the branches, as well as representatives from M&S on hand to apply makeup and nail polishes!

After an hour or so spent looking at pretty clothes and munching on delicious food it was time to go, but I had such a lovely time at the event and it was brilliant to see the highlights of the Christmas collection; all available now over on M&S.
