An old favourite

Some of the best beauty products are the simplest ones. Steamcream is a product that's been on my radar for a while now, several years in fact. You might have noticed some old pots in a recent DIY post; I used to be able to buy it from ASOS but they no longer stock it, so when I found it on Bath & Unwind I couldn't wait to re-purchase it!

This product is such a handy all-rounder. The ingredients are fused together with the use of steam, negating the need for emulsifiers which means that the product can more easily sink into the skin. It's a really light, soft cream that has a light lavender scent and I use it as a day and night cream; it's a real multi tasker and a bargain to boot with a retail price of £12.95. I particularly like the different tins which have super cute designs on them, they also make lovely gifts!

I also like that Steamcream is ethically made with solid environmental principles. Like some products from The Body Shop and Lush, Steamcream is made fresh to order and so when you buy from Bath & Unwind you know that the batch you're buying from has been recently made. You also only need a small amount each time you use it, so it lasts ages, too!
