Bomber jackets have seen somewhat of a resurgence of late and despite not always thinking they worked for me, I have to say that I do really like the style and actually, the more minimal designs seem to be very wearable. I particularly like styles that are simple without too much fuss, and I was pleased to see that White Stuff had nailed it once again with this Margot bomber!

The design is so chic and I love the fact that it's navy, rather than black. Navy is one of my favourite colours to wear and it goes with so much, it's a lot softer and more flattering than black which can be quite harsh, especially if you don't have much of a tan (thanks, British summertime!)

White Stuff are also really clever at adding finishing touches to their garments that add a little extra to the look - I particularly love the flash of printed lining inside the jacket and the touch of quilting detail to the exterior. Perfect to throw on over a summer dress or with jeans or linen trousers for smartening up a daytime look.
