I've blogged a couple of times about Reclaimed Vintage, the ASOS in house brand which uses vintage fabrics, cuts and reworked pieces in their collections, and I thought I'd do another 'wish list' type post as the last one I posted was back in November with a drive on Christmas outfitting. Now the festive season is a distant memory, I am focusing on spring fashion to get me through the end of winter and ASOS Reclaimed Vintage has loads!
Their main influence this season is a look back at Baz Luhrmann's Romeo & Juliet, a film I remember from my teenage years and loved, although I don't feel nostalgic enough about it to want to wear references to it on my clothing. However, the collection is cool, but I think will probably be better suited to a younger customer, although I do like this piece.
Reclaimed Vintage haven't neglected their fans, though, with floral dresses, distressed jeans and summery bags in abundance. I adore the jewellery selection this time, which has moved away from the club kid chokers and is more focused on more simple, timeless pieces; this knot ring being a style I particularly liked. I would definitely invest in a few of these items, although I think a lot of them would benefit from warmer climes...I can't even consider a bare leg!
