Beauty New In: PS Pro makeup sponge // The Body Shop moisture foundation // The Body Shop Coconut Oil hair shine // The Library of Fragrance Amber perfume
I haven't bought any beauty bits for ages, as I've really not had the need to buy anything new, but I finished up the last of my foundations the other day so I had to buy a new one. I went to The Body Shop as they had a sale on and I picked up this moisture foundation for £9 (actually less than that as there was a 40% further discount) and I've been using it daily. It's probably slightly on the pale side for me (!) but I like the finish and it seems to last pretty well. I apply it with my Real Techniques beauty sponge, I bought it just after my birthday with some birthday money and it's looking a bit ropey now (they suggest to replace them every 3 months or so, and it is definitely looking a bit ragged) so I picked up this PS Pro one in Primark for £2 (they finally had some back in stock!) I've used this blender before and I love it - it's also a quarter of the price of the Real Techniques one.
Also new from The Body Shop is this Coconut Hair Shine. I wanted something to use to finish off a look and take the fluffiness out of the lengths and ends of my hair and this is perfect and smells delicious! Speaking of which, I am also loving this Amber fragrance by The Library of Fragrance. I picked this up in Boots for 50p! I actually got a few, and I like to layer this one with a honeysuckle one I also bought. It takes the sweetness out of the honeysuckle but also adds a bit of femininity to the amber scent.
XO Amie
