Shoes £2 New Look

I posted these shoes on my instagram the other day but I felt they deserved a post of their own! I picked them up in the sale and I couldn't believe they were just £2. I wasn't looking for another pair of block heeled, ankle strap pumps but I just couldn't leave these behind and I know they will be so useful for the season ahead. 

Spartoo has a great selection of block heeled shoes, I particularly like this style which, whilst are not the same level of bargain that the New Look ones were, are still absolutely beautiful (and in my saved items!) Betty London is quickly becoming my go-to brand for chic, well made, excellent quality footwear which is a little bit different - my lovely silver ankle boots which I featured in my 'New In' clothing post are from the brand and are so beautifully designed.

I've bought a few bits and pieces of bright colour this season which is quite unlike me but I think it's always nice to switch things up and wear colours other than black, grey, navy, cream and camel. I'll still wear all of those colours but perhaps with a flash of pink or a pop of bright red in the mix. An easy way to do this if you really can't bear a piece of block colour is to invest in a bright accessory like a shoe or a bag. A nice wardrobe refresh for spring!
