Gingham in Autumn

An oldie but a goodie from September that I didn't get around to posting! When the weather was still appropriately mild to wear a bare ankle and a cotton blouse. This was one of my go-to looks for the autumn; the flared trousers have been almost worn out over the last two years, I love them that much! They are part of a suit by Archive by Alexa from M&S, and I wish I'd bought 2 pairs!

This Topshop gingham blouse was made autumn-apropes thanks to the long sleeves, and I think wearing gingham with a darker colour (not denim) makes it feel a little less summery. I have definitely packed it away now, though - it's far too cool to wear.

These little block heeled glove shoes are from New Look and again, have been a style I've worn and worn over the summer and autumn. They look nice with bare legs but a bit space age with tights, so they have been consigned to the wardrobe until springtime.
