I had a couple of posts I hadn't got around to publishing towards the end of last summer, hence, out of date blog post spam! However, this look in particular was one of my favourites so I thought, why not share.
I always had myself down as such a winter dresser - I love layering, the colours, the textures....but looking at this I realise, nope - I'm a summer dresser. Give me a bare leg and a snazzy pump over tights 'n' boots anyday!
I cannot wait to wear this skirt again in a few months (hurry up summer) and, well, a denim shirt is a wardrobe staple, no? I have worn this a couple of times in the autumn but it looks better without anything over the top of it, so it's a bit chilly to wear at the minute. The shoes, too - I wore these almost consto in the summer, and I can't wait to crack them out from storage to wear again once there's no snow/rain/freezing temps to contend with!
